Black Friday is easily our most anticipated sale of the year! Products (especially limited edition deluxe gift sets and new releases) WILL sell out. Shop early, and check back for skull buster deals, often. Once they're gone, they're gone!

Shipping credits
If you placed multiple orders (shipped to the same address) and would like to request a partial shipping credit, please submit a request via email to nikki@complyfe.com. Please include all order numbers in this email. Due to high volume, it may take up to 10 business days for us to process your request.
Patience is appreciated
Black Friday/Cyber Monday is the busiest time of year for us. Our staff works around the clock (weekends included) to process and ship orders. Orders placed during our sale may take 4-6 business days to ship (vs our standard 1-2 days). Orders will begin to ship December 2nd.

Reward certificates disabled during Black Friday

Since products in our Black Friday sale are so heavily discounted, you will be unable to redeem reward certificates until after the sale ends. While you won’t be able to redeem points during the sale, you WILL earn 15x the points when you shop the sale (to be redeemed any time after November 29th).
